Currently Jean-Claude runs Lakehouse SA, a consulting structure, advising in matters of communication, marketing strategy, coaching and other areas in which its collaborators have gained their know-how.

During all his professional career, Carlo has been focussed on the media, communication, entertainment and leisure industries and has founded several companies in these industries. Currently, he’s serving as managing partner for Tailor-Made, an advisory firm offering strategic solutions fior the premium lifestyle industries. He’s also a partner of Media Coat, active in Crisis communication and Public affairs and managing director of ACE Entertainment, a firm specializing in global rights management. Carlo is a former member of the Board of the national competition authority in Luxembourg and author of the most popular guide to business creation in Luxembourg ('Devenir indépendant au Luxembourg – Les clés de la réussite').
Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Carlo worked as a management consultant and project manager for an Big 5 consulting firm as well as a financial analyst for an asset management company in Luxembourg. He started his career in journalism specialized in economics, finance and European affairs and still publishes articles and features on a regular bases. Carlo holds a master degree in business law, is certified financial analyst and holds a degree in marketing.

Marie-José e is Deputy Director of BRANCH France. BRANCH AS is an international company with more than 20 offices worldwide. Core focus is to provide customers with immediate local presence (Sales outsourcing) with a strong focus on Sales and Marketing as well as on Export strategies. Branch’s people are proven business leaders, management consultants and former diplomats with an understanding of local culture and business, and experienced with supporting local companies who want to enter into their market.
Previously (1998-2007), Marie-Josée worked for Innovation Norway (Trade and Investment Government Agency), assisting Norwegian companies in their Export strategies as Senior Consultant and then as Director of Business Development in France.
In this role she has introduced companies in local resource networks, recruiting personnel, setting up local infrastructures and assisting in sales and marketing processes, in particular in the ICT, Design, Consumer Goods, Defence and Bio-Technologies markets.
Marie - Josée has also worked for the ICT industry (Digital Equipment – Hardware manufacturer and Sligos/Atos Origin – ERP publisher) in Sales and Marketing. She has continued her career for Eurostaf (Market research) in the Luxury industry department and Dimension Development InternationaI (Change Management and Human Resources consulting).

Todd is the London based European IT Director for Skechers. His role is managing the IT infrastructure for Europe and South America. The IT operations include European distribution/data centers, subsidiary offices, wholesale/retail operations, IT security and International web strategy. He is responsible for creating initiatives to evaluate and implement business critical information systems pertaining to International operations. In the past, he has worked for various technical companies focusing on infrastructure, e-commerce and online strategies. Prior to these ventures, Todd owned a retail lifestyle clothing chain in the United States.
In addition, Todd is a member of the British Computer Society and has achieved Chartered IT Professional (CITP) status. He is also a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers: Computer Society.
Todd holds a BA in Accounting from Westminster College and an MBA from the TRIUM Global Executive (a joint program from NYU Stern school of Business, HEC Paris, and London School of Economics and Political Sciences).

Jay has over 15 years of extensive business, technology and operations experience providing consulting services to Investment Management, Private Banking, Investment Banking, Stock Exchange, Alternative Investments and Retail brokerage group. He has successfully managed and led several strategic global projects which resulted in significant business growth, improved efficiency and cost reduction for several companies such as JP Morgan Private Bank, TD Ameritrade, US Trust, Bank of America, American Stock Exchange, Prudential Securities, Merrill Lynch, Bank of New York, Cowen & Co.
Jay's expertise include strategic business assessment and planning, pre merger/acquisition due diligence, enterprise systems planning, development and implementation, program/project management, change management post M&A and implementing strategic off shoring solutions. He has in-depth experience and knowledge of equity securities research, equity trading, equity options and futures trading, program trading, multi strategy hedge funds, fund of hedge funds, structured products, private equity (LBO, venture capital, mezzanine financing), M & A, risk management (market & credit).
Jay holds bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Bombay University and an MBA from the TRIUM Global Executive program (a joint program from NYU Stern school of Business, HEC Paris, and London School of Economics and Political Sciences). He also has a certificate in Investment Banking from New York University and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) charter holder.

Zaré Baghdasarian has extensive experience helping companies with disruptive technologies achieve lasting leadership positions in their industries. As CEO of 15 desks, he is managing the launch of a SaaS-based solution designed to transform the way people manage all aspects of their academic lives.
Zaré also has served as president and CEO of Tahoe Associates, a private investment entity with investment focus in early stage companies from seed, to Series A to Series C preferred stock stages. As lead investor he negotiated terms, formed syndicates and secured follow‐on investments led by venture capital firms. He has founded, built and managed several engineering companies throughout his career. Zaré has extensive technical and operational experience, with a particular knowledge of software, data and telecommunication systems. He is also an active member and advisor for several startup companies.

As one of the founders and CEO of the Iris Group, Zaré created multiple engineering teams to develop optical products from the network core to the edge. He was one of the founders of Monterey Networks, Inc., pioneering the industry’s first wavelength router. Cisco acquired Monterey in 1999 to fulfill its core optical networking strategy.
Zaré holds a master’s degree in Engineering Management from Santa Clara University, an executive management degree from UCLA Graduate School of Management, and a BSEE from Villanova University. Currently he is working toward his MBA at TRIUM Global EMBA program, an alliance between the NYU Stern School of Business (NYU), the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and the HEC School of Management in Paris.

Yuri is Vice-President and Co-Founder of International Marketing Communications Institute (imci.ru) – the Russian online project which brings marketing and advertising professionals together. He is working now as Strategic Marketing Director and CMO in Mir Detstva Holding (World of Child) – the leader of products and services for children in Russia. (mirdetstva.ru)
Yuri is professional in Marketing and Advertising with 17 + years of experience in the leading global FMCG companies as well as in international advertising networks. He has extensive experience in marketing strategies, new brands launches, new products development.
His last assignment was the successful start up of the Maximize advertising agency in Russia. Based on annual billings Maximize ranks in top 20 agencies in Russia. Yuri worked as Independent Consultant as well.
Prior to Maximize, Yuri held various positions in marketing and advertising in the leading international and local companies in Russia. In particular he worked as Marketing Director of Wimm-Bill-Dann, Kraft Foods Russia, Account Director in Ammirati-Puris-Lintas Moscow, Product Group Manager in Mars Inc. In 2001 Yuri got Kraft Foods Award for “exceptional commitment in growing the business”.
