Our business is built on the basis of a three-dimensional matrix where geography, industry-specific knowledge, and technical expertise are correlated in support of a specific deal opportunity. While we have decided to limit the size of our own operations in favor of ultimate flexibility in our own operations, we are able to address these three dimensions of operations through the leverage of a comprehensive partner network, albeit always under the control of TENZING partners®.
- The geographic dimension: Since we are living in a global world where more and more buyers and sellers are not necessarily based in the same country, we have developed a specific expertise in managing cross-border transactions where sellers might be anywhere in Europe, and buyers might be in Europe, or just as easily be in Russia, the Middle-East or in China, areas where capital is readily available and where the search for European assets is currently very active.
- The industry knowledge dimension: Our customers belong to a diverse set of industries: Transportation & Logistics, Utilities, Industrial Trading, Services, Manufacturing, etc., and the economics of these vary widely from a macro and a micro viewpoint.
- The technical M&A expertise: As our profession relies on a mix of industry knowledge, our business network, and such technical skills as corporate finance, risk management, tax optimization, or negotiation analysis, we constantly complement our skills with the most appropriate ones available, exploiting the value of a strongly managed partner network.
