TENZING advises Rime IT on their sale to NSI IT Software & Services

Rime-IT has been established in 2011 and growing since. Currently its IT professionals are active in public sector organizations, large companies, and European institutions. David Bavay, CEO of Rime IT, saw the opportunity to ensure long term sustainability by partnering with NSI whereas the added value of the operation comes through a diversification of the client base and the integrating into an IT group with complementary and large capabilities.

 

Rime-IT is an IT services company with headquarters in Steinfort employing 60 staff to support their customers in their everyday IT projects, offering client expertise flexibility, and responsiveness. Rime IT is ISO 9001:2015 certified and also certified Best Workplaces® in Luxembourg in the Small Companies category since 2020.
