Business Overview
Founded in 2007, Luxcaddy serves over 50,000 users and manages approximately 65,000 deliveries annually. The platform offers a diverse range of daily essentials, including local and artisanal products such as butcher’s meats, bakery items, and dairy products. Collaborating with over 20 Luxembourgish producers, Luxcaddy emphasizes local and organic offerings.
Transaction Detail
In March 2024, Luxcaddy was acquired by an entrepreneur active in the retail and petrol station sectors. The sale is structured in stages, with co-founders Georges Kraft and Jacques Lorang remaining active during a transitional phase to ensure a smooth handover.
