TENZING Partners advised the shareholders of S+B Inbau s.à r.l. in the sale to Luxembourg’s leading construction and real estate company, Félix Giorgetti.

Established in 1998, S+B Inbau specializes in interior fittings, dry construction, cooling ceilings, metalwork, joinery, internal doors, acoustics, and modular partitions. The company employs 95 people, including around 20 in administration and site management, as well as 75 skilled workers. Their projects range from small attic conversions to multi-storey office complexes and conference centres.
